Angela Harris
Founder & President

After graduating from Wisconsin’s Grafton High School, Ms. Harris attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and English, as well as Marquette University where she earned an MS in Human Resources. Ms. Harris has over 12 years of experience in human resource and corporate recruiting, and she currently owns her own business where she provides strategic career planning and executive search services.

Ms. Harris began her career in human resources with a boutique recruiting firm in Milwaukee, and she later took a position with Manpower International, where she further developed her expertise in human resources and management consulting. She has recruited for a myriad of Fortune 500 companies, including the Eastman Kodak Company, Manpower, IBM, M&I, and BankOne (now Chase) across many disciplines. Ms. Harris currently resides in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, a small community on the west side of Milwaukee County.

Brian Santner
Co-Founder & Vice President

Growing up in Wauwatosa and graduating for Wauwatosa East High School, Mr. Santner attended After the California State College, Fullerton where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and Human Resource Management. Mr. Santner has over 20 years of experience including Human Resources & Business Design with a strong understanding of Customer Service and Project Management. He also has extensive knowledge in Retail and Hospitality.

Mr. Santner began his career in Human Resources working for Health Professional’s Incorporated. He spent 15 years in the Human Resources arena, and learned valuable knowledge in business development & management, along with extensive knowledge and experience in global recruiting and staffing. After returning to Wisconsin, Mr. Santner resides close to his old neighborhood and resides in Wauwatosa where he spent five years as the General Manager of the Barclay Gallery Garden Café.
