What makes us unique?
Our unique seminars provide job seekers with insight about the recruiting process – what makes recruiters happy, how to best convey information in employment related situations, and how technology and the legal system impact their searches. From a recruiters’ standpoint, we improve their interaction with candidates and provide them with opportunities to network in less formal settings.
How do we deliver results?
We focus on the individual. Each person has strengths which need to be communicated effectively: in cover letters, resumes, and during interviews. Candidates need to stop thinking about what the recruiter wants to hear and focus on representing themselves in a precise way. Candidates also need to think strategically about what roles and which organizations will enable them to leverage their strengths - for today into the future!
